Relax and energize by the bay in Panama City with this hour-long private yoga session. Your instructor will have all the gear you need, including yoga mats and props, so you just need to show up ready to practice. Beginners to more advanced practitioners are welcome for this approximately one-hour class.
(2) person minimum & ALL LEVELS WELCOME. I coach & provide a variety of options for all fitness levels. Yoga mats, blocks and props are available for your use. Gather at desired location & be led in a yoga practice by Katie. Warm up with breath, continue to warm up with Tai Chi or other simple movements, Sun salutations, warrior postures, balancing postures, hip opening, twisting postures, forward folds, relaxing/meditation.
