• Each guest will have a complete beaker set to use to help measure and create the wine blends.
• A complete formula sheet to help you catalog what works and what does not work as you blend through these creations.
• We will include (1) 750ml bottle of your own blend with your own name!

We have broken into the barrels and brought down samples from our wine production facility in the Santa Ynez Valley for you to try. These barrels are stored in Irvine and aging on a daily basis just waiting for you to try them out and blend them together. Visit our Irvine warehouse facility and learn to make wine. Your wine, name, and experience!
