With the help of your local host with extensive experience in the nutrition and fishing industries, you'll learn how to prepare one of the world's most nutritious foods so you can easily replicate the dishes back home. You will have the opportunity to learn about local fisheries and how to find Wild Alaska salmon wherever you live. This is not an allergen-free kitchen. We are pescatarian-friendly.

What To Expect

You will learn 3 different preparations of Wild Alaskan salmon, taught by a Registered Dietitian and past fisherwoman. During the hands-on cooking experience, you'll also learn the health benefits and information on the salmon fisheries in the area. After all the hard work, you'll be rewarded by enjoying your delicious meal while watching all of the busy waterfront activity including float planes, fishing boats, and cruise ships!
