She is an expert at jarring tomatoes, making fresh pasta, and sauces like pesto, marina, Cacio e Pepe, and clam sauce. Participants can learn these new recipes at Mary's Greenwich Village home with lovely skyline views and may be able to dine on the roof. The class is hands-on, but customizable for those who would prefer to take more notes and enjoy the sit-down meal.
