If you want to explore Galveston’s history from the 1900s, but don’t want to do so on your own, join this Galveston The Great Storm Tour. Go with a guide and group through the city’s historic district as you hear stories from the storm. Plus, this tour is different than some of the others like it as you’ll stop and go in a building that survived the storm.
This is the Levy building it was home to the national weather bureau in 1900. This is a mid-stopping point on the tour.
