1. Welcome and Introduction (15 minutes):
Guests arrive at the designated location.
Warm welcome and introduction to the cooking class.
2. Complimentary Peppersoup Tasting (15 minutes):
Guests are treated to a complimentary Peppersoup to awaken their taste buds.
Glass of wine will be provided as we do a brief explanation of the flavors and ingredients.
3. Cooking Session (1.30 hour):
Guest will have hands on experience learning how to make a soup and a fufu dish
Step-by-step instructions provided by Kavachi, guiding guests through the cooking process. One Pour will be given during the cooking process
Gain insights into traditional techniques, secret family recipes, and cultural significance.
4. Dinner (30 minutes):
Sit down and indulge in the fruits of your labor.
Relish the deliciously prepared Okra Soup, Egusi Soup, Plantain Fufu, and Yam Fufu.
Vegetarian and dietary options available upon request.
