This tour offers an afternoon of adventure while discovering the history and captivating beauty of Anchorage. Starting off with a 1 hour tour learn the history of Anchorage and how it grew from a tent city to be the largest city in Alaska. After seeing the sights we'll head to a local distillery to learn the traditional and unique farming and distilling methods of the Anchorage Distillery. While sipping on a hand crafted cocktail with their in house crafted spirits and mixers gain insight into the culture and lifestyle that has helped shape the last Frontier. After visiting the distillery we will head to a local chocolate shop were you can watch and sample the sweets made with local Alaskan ingredients and the see a 20 foot tall chocolate waterfall! Tour includes 1 hand crafted cocktail at the Anchorage Distillery and roundtrip transportation. Must be 21 or Older with valid state/government issued ID to participate in this tour.
Your trained driver will guide you through the traditional homelands of the Dena’ina Athabascan. Taking a tour of downtown Anchorage see where it began along the banks of Ship Creek and learn how those humble beginnings grew into the largest city in Alaska.
