Ideal for yoga enthusiasts and beginners alike, this tour gives you the opportunity to participate in a stand-up paddle yoga session on Oahu's North Shore. Allow your instructor to guide you through various yoga poses as you float on the ocean. This class is designed to strengthen your body, center your mind, and unleash your inner laughter, making it suitable for everyone.
We will meet on the beach for an introduction to our floating yoga studio, and together we walk out with our SUP boards, paddles and anchors to paddle through the bay into the Anahulu River to the location where we will anchor down to practice. Your SUP Yoga teacher will guide you through a practice that starts slowly, tuning into the breath and letting you get used to the floating surface. You will then move into a more vibrant flow offering different variations of standing postures before slowing down with restorative postures that will set you up for the sweetest Savasana you’ve ever experienced!
