Combine two relaxing sports into one core-strengthening activity during this stand-up paddle yoga experience. Meet your private instructor on the beach and walk out to your anchored paddleboards to begin your class. Tune into your breath and learn to slowly transition between yoga moves on the floating surface. Achieve ultimate relaxation after you complete your class and feel rejuvenated for the rest of your day.
We will meet on the beach for an introduction to our floating yoga studio, and together we walk out with our SUP boards and anchors, wade into the water to the location where we will anchor down to practice. Your SUP Yoga teacher will guide you through a practice that starts slowly, tuning into the breath and letting you get used to the floating surface. You will then move into a more vibrant flow offering different variations of standing postures before slowing down with restorative postures that will set you up for the sweetest Savasana you’ve ever experienced!
