  • Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
  • Unfortunately, our boats do not accommodate wheelchairs or mobility assistance devices. Due to the various levels with ramps, steps, and thresholds, it may be unsuitable for some people with atypical mobility. With loading and unloading passengers from an open ocean pier (Stearns Wharf), we are unable to board passengers that have injuries, and require assistance from others or any special equipment. This is for their safety and the safety of others.
  • Alcoholic beverage service is limited to guests 21 with valid hardcopy ID.
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 44 travelers
