Together we will do an easy hike to a special sacred spot within view of three of Sedona's iconic red rock mountains. On the walk and then at this spot, you will first learn about vortexes, healing energy, and chakras and will have the possibility of kinesthetically experiencing this energy through meditation and grounding exercises. Then, you will experience a Reiki hands-on energy healing accompanied by Himalayan singing bowls. It is possible to totally customize this experience, depending on you and your group's understanding of and experience with subtle energy. We will meet at Courthouse Vista parking and hike 15-30 minutes, depending on interest and ability, until we arrive at a special location with amazing views of three of Sedona's iconic red rock mountains. Adapting to your group's level, Melina will help each of you to understand and experience subtle energy and extrasensory perception. You will begin with breathwork and guided visualization, and then you will experience Reiki energy healing and sound healing with Himalayan singing bowls.
