Lamar Valley

The Lamar Valley of Yellowstone National Park is world renowned for the wildlife that congregates here. It is often refeered to “The Serengeti of Yellowstone.” The Lamar Valley is currently the best place to spot wild wolves in the United States. This is the exact location where biologists from National Park Service released the first wolf pack to walk in Yellowstone since the early 1900’s. Not only can we see wolves here but we will see large bison and elk herds grazing in this famous valley.
