This private half day tour will take you searching for, and learning about, our incredibly rich and diverse wildlife. You will learn about the largest herd of migrating elk in North America and see them wintering on the National Elk Refuge. With thousands of animals taking refuge in the Jackson Hole valley, winter is one of the best times of year to observe the wildlife of Grand Teton National Park and the National Elk Refuge. We will visit the best wildlife hotspots of the valley, searching for moose, elk, bison, bighorn sheep, mule deer, wolves, bald eagles, trumpeter swans, and more. Experience the unique and harsh conditions that local wildlife has to endure. Our private tour is designed to cater to your interests and needs and our top priority for the day is to make sure you get the most out of your experience. During your tour will provide a picnic lunch served in the field with hot chili or soup.
