Rebounding is a low impact exercise. A wide range of movements are performed like jumping jacks, twits, side to side motions, running in place, dance movements, and many more. A full body workout strengthening the cardiovascular system, flushing the lymphatic system, strengthening every single muscle in the body, as well as abdominal strength, practicing balance, and the strengthening of all the bodily cells through the accelerative force applied. The mat absorbs the impact, so it is gentle on the joints of the knees. Such a FUN way to get a FULL BODY workout. You will have increased energy and feel extra happy.
Private Yoga on the beach. A yoga practice in the full sun is a unique practice that incorporates the power and energy of the sun into the traditional yoga poses and sequences. If this is at sunset sometimes we have the power and energy of the moon as well. This form of yoga focuses on connecting with the solar energy and moon energy to enhance physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. 45 min. Beginner & experienced Yoga session for "every BODY" Enjoy beautiful views of the bay & the sounds of the water, feel the energy & vibrations of the water, taste the fresh air as you breathe deeper into your stretching & postures with nature all around. If you are participating in the heat of the summer, it is strongly suggested to schedule in the morning or close to sunset. Wearing sunglasses is recommended. Please bring water to stay well hydrated extra sweating may occur depending on the temperature and humidity. Taking a dip in the bay to cool off after the session is always an option. Hula hoops will be available for a bit of fun afterwards. Great option for celebrating something or someone.
