This incredible weekend of adventure takes you to many of New Hampshire’s most beautiful and iconic areas. You’ll explore gorgeous Franconia Notch by bike & boot, kayak the beautiful Pemigewasset River, and cycle the fabulous Northern Rail Trail. We’ll also pamper you with an outstanding ‘glamping’ experience, where you can relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the beautiful mountain surroundings.
Franconia Notch State Park
The tour kicks off with gorgeous cycling along the Franconia Notch Bike Trail, where we’ll stop to explore iconic NH attractions such as The Old Man of the Mountain Historic Site, the Basin, the Flume Gorge and famous Clark’s Trading post. After a very full day of fun and exploration, we’ll head to the campground which will be our homebase for the next 3 days of excitement!

Flume Gorge
Our exploration through Franconia Notch delivers us to the Flume Gorge. We’ll spend about 90 minutes hiking this incredibly beautiful spot with roaring waterfalls, and amazing granite cliffs.

Sculptured Rocks Natural Area
Sculptured Rocks Natural Area is a unique example of nature’s powerful artistry. The Cockermouth River carved a narrow canyon in the bedrock during the last ice age using grains of sand suspended in the current to carve the walls of this canyon into curious shapes and creating potholes in the bedrock.

Pemigewasset River
After a fun morning hike, we take to the canoes and kayaks to spend the afternoon enjoying easy paddling, swimming and sunshine as we float down the beautiful, crystal clear Pemigewasset River!

Northern Rail Trail of New Hampshire
After another great breakfast, we breakdown camp and gear up for an exciting day of cycling on the Northern Rail Trail. You’ll enjoy the easy cycling that offers beautiful vistas of distant mountains and passes by many lakes, rivers and streams. Bald eagles are a frequent sight, and you’ll enjoy the many quaint towns along the way, 2 nostalgic covered bridges and lunch at famous Danbury Country Store!
