Passengers arrive at the Orlando International Airport must receive from the driver or dispatcher a call or text as soon as the plane landed with the driver's name, phone number, and the exactly meeting point. The passengers have 45 min in grace from the flight landed, avoid any additional charge. Please turn cell phone on as soon as your flight arrivals at MCO.

If no text or call is received please call or text the office from outside.

We have Safe and clean vehicles, and Commercial insurance covered, not wheelchair accessible, stroller accessible service, Infant seats available. The gratuities are additional for the rate of service. Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the reservation, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

The limit of luggage is according with the capacity of each van or SUV. (A single stroller is considered a suitcase / double stroller is considered two suitcases). Please contact us if you need additional space for you luggage's.
