Enjoy a combination swamp and plantation tour. Start the day with a 60-minutes Destrehan Plantation Tour, the oldest documented plantation in the Mississippi Valley and explore the slave revolt museum located on the grounds. Then end the day with a 90-minute Louisiana pontoon swamp boat tour. The’Cajun Captains will navigate their way through the back swamp. You will learn about Louisiana Wetlands, the inhabitants of the swamp, the life and habits of the American Alligators. Our experience Captains will take you back to the history of Louisiana Bayou and Swamp exploration days.
