What To Expect

We'll bring your kayak rental to you at the BEST places on Maui. All rentals include kayaks & paddles (obviously), life jackets and dry bags to protect your essentials.

For Makena Landing kayak rentals, we meet you at the public parking lot. Here you can expect calmer waters for an easy entrance/exit. Once on the water, enjoy kayaking above a dramatic coral architecture. Expect to see turtles here – this place is often referred to as turtle town. There is not a big beach here but you'd be hard pressed to find a better kayaking experience.

If you want to kayak AND lay out on the beach then Keawakapu might be a better option. Its a loooooong stretch of beach in south Kihei. If you want your kayak here, we'll meet you in the public parking lot next to Mana Kai Resort. This is a great option if for groups, because the location has so much else to offer.

Olowalu is more of an adventure. the location has less amenities (we meet you a mile marker 14). But what it lacks in creature comfort, it makes up for in wild beauty. The always-dramatic West Maui mountains keep the wind at bay while you glide over the fastest growing reef on Maui. The reef is so shallow, you have to be careful not to scrape it but the experience is like snorkeling from a boat you see every little thing.
