Welcome to our oyster tasting room!

Experience Wallace Circle's working waterfront and local charm while tasting some of Maine's finest oyster farms. You'll find an oyster ambassador behind the bar who will serve you three different oyster varieties, and indulge you in a few oyster farm stories. The entire experience feels like a local's secret hideaway and worth the drive down for both the views and bivalves!

After the oysters, we'll show you around the General Store and West Point's impressive coastal landscape!

We'll have options onsite for you to purchase additional tasting resources, guides, and add-ons to enhance the experience.
