What To Expect

Delight in oysters with a local Maine expert! Meet me at my favorite local oyster bar along the Kennebec River for an oyster tasting experience you'll never forget.

Over the course of an hour, we'll sample three of Maine's incredible, women-owned oyster farms. You’ll learn to seek out the subtle nuances of Maine oysters, enjoy personal stories and anecdotes about the farmers, and sip two deliciously curated bubble pairings alongside them. We'll discuss what you're tasting and how energy, time, and nature contribute to an oyster's characteristics. Our small group setting is designed to be conversational and full of fun with a Bath local!
