This tour will take you to one of several top snorkel locations along the beautiful west coast of Maui. Turtle Town, Honolua Bay, Airport Beach and Launiupoko are among the locations the Captain will decide on the day of your tour based on weather and snorkel conditions. All of these locations offer excellent opportunity to view the beloved Hawaiian green sea turtles, many varieties of brightly colored tropical fish, and beautiful coral reef formations. During the whale season (December – April) we frequently come across Humpback whales. When we do our captain will provide expert narration about the whales and their behaviors as you view them. Snorkel spots are determined daily by our Captain's based on weather, swell, snorkel conditions, and many years of experience in Maui Waters. Please respect our Captain’s decision.

What To Expect

This tour departs from Ma'alaea Harbor and will cruise the beautiful and scenic West Maui coastline to one of the westside's top snorkel locations. Turtle Town, Honolua Bay, Airport Beach and Launiupoko are among the locations the Captain will decide on the day of your tour based on weather and snorkel conditions. All of these locations offer excellent opportunity to view the beloved Hawaiian green sea turtles, many varieties of brightly colored tropical fish, and beautiful coral reef formations. Generally we dedicate an hour for the snorkel portion of the tour.

During whale season we frequently observe Humpback whales as they enjoy the warm Hawaiian waters! This tour segment will include expert narration about the whales and provide a play by play commentary of the whale behaviors as you view them.

Snorkel spots are determined daily by our Captains based on weather, height and direction of swell, overall snorkel conditions and many years of experience in Maui Waters.
