Break into a medieval castle on this 1-hour San Diego escape room experience. Race against the clock to crack codes, solve puzzles, and overcome challenges along with your team of two to eight people. Because this escape room doesn’t feature gory details or jump-scares, it’s a good pick for kids and novice escape room players.
At Lockdown, the basic rules are the same for each game: work together with fellow players to crack codes and find clues that will help you escape in under 60 minutes. But the similarities end there—each room scenario has a different, intricate plot and immersive design that will ignite your imagination.
Once inside our rooms, you’ll have one hour to find clues, solve all the puzzles and escape! Along the way, if your group is stuck and needs a hint, our staff will give you a nudge in the right direction. The rest is up to you!
Your Medieval Mission:
A dying wealthy professor commissions you and your group to break into Tintagel Castle, where the infamous Fountain of Youth is said to be located. The fountain is protected by puzzles, traps, and surprises, set by the mythical Merlin himself! If you can unlock the Fountain and bring back some water to the professor before time runs out, he’ll reward you handsomely! Fail, and be trapped in the castle forever.
After your game is over, we’ll escort you back to the lobby for group photos and to check your time. Don’t forget to tell us about your experience! We love to chat with groups and geek out with you about your favorite part.
Easy, great for beginners. 2-8 players. 60 minutes
