About your host Carla: "Ronaldo and I are passionate people with a special heart for travel.
I'm from Mexico, and both Ronaldo and I have lived in Spain and now Chicago – cities were fell in love with for its diversity and art. Art is important to both of us. I have a background in photography and Ronaldo has a background in Flamenco dancing.
When we are not working on our art, we are in the kitchen focused on our other passion – food. In Spain, I was fortunate enough to work at the Michelin Star Restaurant, Carles Abellan."
