Join us for a tour of the stunning and mysterious La Brea Tarpits! Ongoing excavations and exhibits titillate the imagination as we will look at actual bone matter, not fossils, from the distant past. Mammoths, Mastodons, Saber-tooth cats, Dire Wolves, American Camels, Giant Ground Sloths, the immense and carnivorous Short-faced Bear, the North American Lion and more will amaze you as you gaze upon a place that claimed so many of them.
