A fresh Italian pasta ravioli cooking class experience from scratch is a fun and educational experience that combines hands-on learning with delicious results. During the class, you will learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch and how to shape and stuff ravioli. The chef will guide you through the process step by step, providing helpful tips and answering any questions you may have. You will use high-quality ingredients to create a delicious filling such as ricotta and spinach. The class will be interactive, so you'll have the opportunity to ask questions and get feedback as you work. In addition, the host Cicero will offer snacks and wines during the class to make the experience even more enjoyable. You can munch on some cheese and crackers and enjoy a glass of wine as you learn and create your ravioli. Note that we will be using eggs, flour, cheese, and butter in this experiment. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know before the class.

Chef Cicero is a multilingual chef with proficiency in English, Brazilian Portuguese (his first language), and Spanish. In 2017, he moved to the United States and enrolled in a culinary arts program, where he gained a comprehensive understanding of managing a restaurant and cooking techniques from various countries. During his studies, he was awarded a scholarship to study Mediterranean cooking techniques in Otranto, Italy. It was there that he fell in love with Italian cuisine and realized the importance of understanding a country's culture and surroundings to enhance one's cooking skills
