Ice fishing is something new and different for a lot of people and can make for a fun way to spend a half a day. No prior experience needed. Learn the basics of ice fishing. Soak in the amazing views of the nearby mountain ranges and catch beautiful trophy size trout. Maybe you are a fisherman already and want to go with an experienced guide to help you up your game. We can accommodate anglers of all experience levels and ages. Kids 6 and under are free!

What To Expect

Join us for an ice fishing adventure where you will learn the basics of ice fishing and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Antero Reservoir! This location offers trophy trout opportunities with quality over quantity being the focus. We will first meet in the parking area, talk about ice safety, make our way out on the ice to where we will be fishing and then we will begin. You will receive fishing instruction throughout the trip from your friendly guide. We provide all necessary ice fishing gear including rods, lures, a heated hut on cold days, sonar devices, chairs, and more. You will need to bring extra warm clothes, good boots/shoes, ice cleats if you have them, snacks and drinks, sunglasses, sunscreen, and any other personal items you may need. Dress like you are going skiing. Anyone 16 years of age or older will need a Colorado fishing license which you can find online on the CPW website.
