Stop racing uptown to Harlem on Sunday mornings to experience gospel music in one of our local churches. Our Harlem Saturday Gospel and Brunch Tour starts at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church with a one-hour hand-clapping, foot-stomping, soulful black gospel music concert. After the gospel concert, we make our way to one of the local restaurants on Lenox Avenue for a delicious brunch. To top off the tour, we will tour the Mount Morris Park Historic District area. Here, you will find a multitude of churches rich with history among the places where our prominent individuals made their homes. Some of the most well-known musicians and entertainers started their journeys here, and much of the music that began here is now immortalized in American pop culture for future generations to enjoy.
