This is for people who want to get off the city concrete and see what makes San Francisco the most spectacular city in the world — its natural surroundings! I'll take you to the best local spots you'd probably never find on your own — and then show you how to get killer pictures of them using just the phone in your pocket. What we see is up to you. We can hike, bike, trail run, or even just drive to rad spots if you're not feeling energetic. (The biggest rewards come with effort, but there's plenty to see from the car, too, if that's how you wanna roll.) I'll create our itinerary based on what you want to see, how much time you have, your fitness level, and what the weather's doing that day. In the winter, we can see roaring waterfalls in deep, misty forests. In the spring, rolling green hills full of wildflowers. In the summer, fog rolled over the golden hills. And in the fall, incandescent sunsets off the gnarly Pacific cliffs. This area's awesome all year round!
Our goal is to have a blast seeing epic places you'd never be able to find on your own, and then I'll show you how to take fantastic photos of them using just the phone in your pocket! (NO FANCY CAMERA NEEDED!)
This area is spectacular any time of year, so we'll pick our location based on what you want to see, your fitness level, how much time you have, and what the weather is doing that day.
We can hike, road bike, mountain bike, trail run, or even just drive to rad places if you're not feeling up to the exercise. It's up to you! *
Depending on the season, we can see waterfalls, epic sunsets, deep redwood groves, fields of wildflowers, waves crashing against the cliffs, and the full moon rising above the Golden Gate Bridge — the possibilities are endless and awesome. At certain times, we can even watch the sun go down in one direction and the moon come up in the other.
*(IMPORTANT: If we bike, you'll need to bring your own gear (bike, helmet, shoes if desired, lights if we stay out past dark), and I'll need to know how experienced and how fit you are. And, of course, we'll need to do the waiver thing.)
