Waikiki Historic Trail



This GPS-guided walking tour incorporates stops 1-13 of the Waikiki Historic Trail. Follow along online and with the surfboard markers located along the route.

Visit the Kapahulu Groin, more commonly referred to as “the Wall” and watch bodyboarders and surfers. You will also learn different names for the surf breaks in the area.

One of the most famous beaches in the world is named after Prince Kuhio, although it is commonly referred to as Waikiki Beach. Guests can cool of with a swim, soak up some sun, add a surf lesson or canoe ride, and much more.

Read about the ʻLast Prince of Hawaiiʻ on the surfboard marker from the Waikiki Historic Trail located right next to the statue of Prince Kuhio along the beach.
