One of the country's biggest collections of antebellum, pre-Civil War residences is located here. As well as ‘houses that’were owned by slave and plantation owners. It is a magnificent delight for the eyes as well as captivating stories that will excite any visitor to New Orleans.
There are ghosts across every cemetery in New Orleans, however Lafayette Cemetery is the most well-known. Among many others, about 2000 yellow fever victims were buried here when it was constructed in 1833. Most people know Lafayette Cemetery for its voodoo legends.
