We will stop at the Magnificent Mile – a premier commercial district in downtown. It was part of the 1909 Burnham Plan of Chicago, a visionary project to transform the city’s urban landscape and it was built in the 1920s to replace an industrial and residential area. Here you can find many shops, restaurants, hotels, and attractions. It is located on North Michigan Avenue.
