Tap into your spirituality with this session, following your certified mindfulness instructor to a quiet spot amongst the city’s famous red rocks. Over the next 25 minutes, you’ll balance and engage each of your chakras, leaving with a sense of awareness and peace.
Be a part of the glorious Sedona scenery while learning about the 7 sacred chakras and how to use them in meditation. This experience is led by a certified mindfulness and meditation instructor in a down-to-earth, respectful manner for folks from all backgrounds and walks of life.
We'll meet by the cars where you'll get a Zafu cushion and blanket (if needed). Learn about the area as we walk along an easy hiking trail to a comfortable spot and get settled in. Michele will guide you through a grounding and intention-setting practice.
You will learn about your body's 7 chakra energy centers. Though this is a topic that can be very woo-woo, here you'll get a grounded and intelligent explanation from a spiritual teacher trained in math, science, meditation, and healing.
You will learn The 5 Essentials of Meditation to give you the confidence to meditate.
Next, you will enjoy a 25 minute guided chakra meditation specially designed to help you discover your chakras and the subtle ways they speak to you.
There will be time for discussion and Michele will share tips and tools to help you bring meditation into your daily routine. We'll pack up and head back down to the cars.
