The Foothill Wine Tasting Pass is your gateway to the Sierra Foothill Wineries, most are within a short drive from Folsom. Each pass is delivered instantly via text message or email. Calaveras and Tuolumne wine regions are both located in California’s Sierra Nevada mountain range, and are known for their scenic beauty, outdoor activities, and wine production. The region has a long history of winemaking dating back to the Gold Rush era. Some of the wineries in the region have been in operation for over a century. We are located 5 miles west of downtown Jamestown between the Yosemite Junction and O’Byrnes Ferry road. Our wine is 100% estate grown at a perfect 1200-foot elevation in fertile volcanic soil. Our varietals include Primitivo, Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Barbera, Sangiovese and Cabernet. This year we’ve added Cabernet Franc and Malbec.
