Renting bicycles at Assateague Island National Seashore is one of the best ways to get to know the Island and it's inhabitants. Protected bike paths line the road, about 6 miles in total. Riding a bike through the National Seashore is one of the best ways to experience all Assateague has to offer; secluded beaches, marsh overlooks, wild horses and a plethora of birds. What To Expect
