First, you will mix and knead the dough, mastering the proper techniques for even distribution and gluten development. Next, you will shape the dough into classic baguette forms, learning tips for handling and achieving an even structure.
Then, experience the unique process of baking in our traditional brick oven, understanding the benefits of heat retention and even baking. You will monitor the transformation as the dough bakes into golden, crispy baguettes.
After baking, enjoy tasting your fresh baguettes in a relaxed setting and engage in a Q&A session with your instructor to deepen your baking knowledge. Finally, take home your delicious creations and additional recipes to try at home.
