Sail through the rain-forest canopy on this Douglas Island zipline adventure from Juneau. Ascend through the Tongass National Forest as you head for Eaglecrest Lodge. Glide through the treetops along five zipline routes, stopping at specially designed platforms to take in the views and snap some photos. Traverse a rushing stream via a suspension bridge and finish the adventure by trying your hand at axe throwing.
Upon arrival at the Eaglecrest lodge, greet your friendly and knowledgeable guides as they equip you with all the necessary equipment. Enjoy a safety briefing and optional practice zips before taking to the treetops.
Make your way through five zipline courses, stop and land in fully enclosed treehouse platforms to take in the scenery and snap some pictures. Learn about life in Southeast Alaska and the diverse flora and fauna that call this forest home. Then, cross a suspension bridge over a rushing stream and embrace your inner lumberjack while trying Axe Throwing.
Finally, back at the lodge enjoy a light snack as you watch a slideshow of the pictures your guide has taken of you during your adventure and perhaps purchase a photo as a memento of your day.
