This is a unique dog sledding experience in a very remote area of Alaska. No other outfitters are using our incredible scenic trails. Our dogs are world class sled dogs who participated in the most demanding sled dog races in the world, like the Iditarod and Yukon Quest. So fid our guides. This tour is an extraordinary dog sledding adventure for those who want to travel off the beaten trail.
You will mush your own team of Alaskan huskies through the Brooks Range in the interior of Alaska. Guided by expert mushers or guides. Staying in genuine trapper cabins overnight.
On arrival day, we will give you all the instructions for the upcoming tour while having a nice dinner together.
Day 2, we will mush from Bettles to Timber Creek, where we will spend the night after we take care of our dogs.
On Day 3, we will mush on to Crevice Creek. Now we’re getting closer to the mountains of the Brooks Range. Again, taking care of our four legged friends, dinner, and overnight at an amazing place or cabin.
Hopefully some Aurora too!
Day 4 is the most spectacular tour along the Allen River over Seward Pass to Wild Lake, where we stay at another amazing place. The scenery is wonderful.
Day 5, the last day of mushing back to Bettles through the wild river valley,
We will have another nice dinner and recall all the adventures we encountered during our trip.
Day 6, departure day, after breakfast, you can say good-bye to your dogs before leaving the Brooks Range.
This trip takes 6 days, including arrival and departure days.
4 days on the trail, with 3 nights in cabins.
