Our local and knowledgeable guide will take you to some of the most chilling spots in the Outer Banks. Our guide will tell tales steeped with history and how that history returns at night and frightens the locals. Out guide will tell tales of true hauntings and first hand accounts of the paranormal activity plaguing the area. This tour is a walking tour. The duration of the tour is approximate and includes the time it takes to walk to and from each paranormal spot. We do not go into public or private residences on this tour.
Our guide will share the story of how George Washington opened The Pioneer Theater in 1918 on Sir Walter Raleigh Street. At this stop our guide takes you back in history and through story telling of actual hauntings we will thrill our guests.

The Old Dare County Courthouse was built in 1904 and the prison was located behind it. Our guide tells the tales of reported hauntings at this location. Still plagued by prisinors to this day, this is the site of one of the most haunted places in the Outer Banks.

The Cora Mae Basnight Bridge is located near The Tranquil House Inn. At this haunted location our guide will tell you tales that have been passed around by the locals for decades. This unknown bed for paranormal hauntings is often overlooked by travelers but not by locals. This has been the scene of many reported hauntings.

This old tavern has a hard time with employee turnover. Not because of ownership, but because of the reported hauntings bartenders have scene and felt. This pub has more than alcoholic spirits. It is said the dead love the libations of the bar and have been wondering its premises for years.
