Experience the tranquility of a guided meditation with this Sedona experience. Your guide, Michele, will meet you in the red rocks of Sedona, where you'll take a short walk to a quiet spot together. You'll then sit down for a guided meditation, with the opportunity to learn about different techniques for mindfulness in order to find what suits you best.
The meditation experience of a lifetime! Featuring meditation and mindfulness practices to help you connect with the sacred energy of Sedona, this experience is led by a certified mindfulness and meditation instructor in a down-to-earth, respectful manner for folks from all backgrounds and walks of life.
We'll meet by the cars where you'll get a Zafu cushion and blanket (if needed). Learn about the area as we walk along an easy hiking trail to a comfortable spot and get settled in. Michele will guide you through a grounding and intention-setting practice.
You will learn about the Sedona vortex. Though this is a topic that can be very woo-woo, here you'll get a grounded and intelligent explanation from a spiritual teacher who has lived in Sedona for over 20 years.
You will learn The 5 Essentials of Meditation to give you the confidence to meditate.
Next, you will enjoy a 20-25 minute guided meditation specially designed to introduce you to various techniques so you can find the one(s) best for you.
There will be time for discussion and Michele will share tips and tricks to help you bring meditation into your daily routine. We'll pack up and head back down to the cars.
