The spectacular statuary and moving quotes plus unique landscaping on the Tidal Basin make the MLK Memorial a favorite in any season. Your guide will lead you through this arresting Memorial that honors those that served and died during the U.N. led effort from 1950-1953 features a field of soldiers against the backdrop of the memorial serenity pool and the wall of photographs etched into the polished granite wall. This stop is usually combined with the Lincoln and Vietnam Memorials.
