If you've never been sailing before, the moment when the sails go up and the engine shuts off, but you realize your still moving in the quiet of the day, that is what the magic of sailing is all about. Experience Los Angeles' best kept secret, the waters of Marina del Rey by coming on board one of our boats. Bring your own food or beverage , your friends, and have a relaxing time on the water. Guests will take a tour around the marina, see the ocean, wild marine life such as sea lions and dolphins. The luxury yachts of the rich and famous are also on full display. Our tour guide is very knowledgeable about the area, and you'll often get more information than you bargained for – our ears our definitely on the ground and are up to date with all the cutting edge happenings of the location.
We start out on the docks and welcome all aboard, then we go down the basin which takes a good 10 minutes where you see the famous enchanted cottage house on the water, and other high end yachts and regular ones alike. Then we take a cruise down the main channel which is the the 2nd most electrifying part of the tour, when you realize how big marina del rey is, and how its in the middle of Los Angeles, with as though diamonds are sparkling on the water with some of the star studded luxury boats worth 100’s of millions of dollars. From the main channel we go down toward the ocean, this is where you see the boats leaving and exiting the harbor, the big american flag flying overhead, and a clear unobstructed shot of the horizon. This takes about an hour to get to, and then an hour to get back by doing it all again.
