Even if you're new to the sport, you can kick off your boxing career with an intro lesson that's designed for beginners. Cover the fundamental boxing techniques, review combinations, and try a few rapid boxing rounds to get your body engaged and your head in the game.

You will engage in an authentic boxer’s training system that will develop the speed, strength, and endurance necessary to strengthen and shape your body, as well as invigorate and activate your mind. Test your ability to sustain 60 minutes of accurate boxing technique, combined with the functional conditioning found in jump rope, speed ladders, partner drills, footwork, and bag work (and of course we end with a relaxing mobility/stretch exercises).
During each class, you will work with the other members of the group, and you will also receive personalized pointers from the coach, with a focus on individual progression.
