What To Expect

Experience an eco adventure into the beautiful Sonoran Desert like the early pioneers, on a mule-drawn Covered Wagon! Ride into a 30,000 acre Oasis Wilderness Preserve accessible and exclusive to Covered Wagons!

Your on-board naturalist guide and Wagon Master Driver will entertain and educate you as we explore the rugged canyon landscapes, palm oases, flora & fauna and wildlife of this ancient Desert Wilderness created by the geological wonders of the San Andreas Fault. Your senses will be captivated as you travel through this ancient land that is as unchanged as when nature created it!
A guided nature walk is included and optional.

As you return to the ranch, enjoy watching the desert sunset sink over the San Jacinto Mountains from the best view in the Coachella Valley! Continue the evening playing horseshoes, roping and cornhole. Enjoy live western music, learn a barn dance, dine on fantastic BBQ, & Dessert that is included! Enjoy the enchanted desert lighting all under the sunset, moon and stars. End this unique experience roasting marshmallows over an open campfire. Its time to enjoy the good old days.
