Join your host Kavitha in the galley kitchen of her NYC studio apartment and learn to cook a traditional Indian meal from family recipes that she has perfected. Your hands-on vegetarian Indian cooking class will last about 2 hours, during which you will learn to cook three dishes from scratch.
