Kona’s famous coffee can technically be tasted from anywhere, but you can only roast it yourself while you’re on the island of Hawaii. With this private coffee-roasting experience, you’ll head to one of Kona's largest certified organic coffee farms, learning all about these majestic beans. Once you’re ready, you’ll try your hand at roasting your own’with complimentary tastes to complement your new skill.

What To Expect

During the hour long roasting tour you will learn about the different method of processing and their impact on roasting. You will do two roasts on our drum roaster and we will explain all the basics principles of roasting.
We will let you do the second roast under our supervision.
After the class you will be able to sample and buy all our coffees at the shop.
