Start your day off on the right foot and participate in a yoga class right on the ocean. Join a small group in Waikiki Beach and engage your core strength during this stand up paddleboard yoga class. Paddle out to waist-deep water and anchor the boards before moving through your vinyasa class. You also have some time at the end to paddleboard around the ocean.
Start your day in the ocean practicing yoga onto of a paddle board! This experience takes place in the heart of Honolulu just fifteen minutes south of Waikiki in the calm and serene South Shore side of the island.
We'll begin with a stand up paddle introduction before taking the boards out into the ocean and anchoring them about waist-deep in the water. We'll then move through a full vinyasa class on top of the boards with time afterwards to grab some photos to take the experience back home with you!
At the end of the class, there be additional time to try more advanced postures or play with partnering poses on the SUP.
Afterwards, enjoy a thirty-mnute open paddle to take full advantage of the beautiful ocean waters and crowd-free beach.
All experience levels are welcome! There is absolutely no SUP or yoga experience needed to join! This class is upbeat, fun, and lighthearted and a MUST-DO when visiting the island. You get the best of both worlds with a bit of yoga and SUP combined!
