Our adventure into the astounding Arches begins just before the park’s entrance and visitor center. We’ll see stunning natural monuments, unlikely rock formations, and alien, ancient landscapes.

There are a few important things to keep in mind. First, the hike to get to Delicate Arch is about a mile and a half and you’ll be climbing 480 feet in total. Don’t forget you have to walk back! Make sure you bring plenty of water. A good rule of thumb is to bring one liter of water per person, per hour you’ll be hiking.
